Returns

If for some reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return to us for a full refund less shipping costs. (Unless faulty, then it's a free return — details below).

Please notify us within 14 days of receiving your items. Items must be unwashed, unused and in original packaging with tags intact. Product cannot be returned if opened from bag.

Email at hello@beddie.com.au stating item details and whether you would like a refund or exchange.

Please allow 3–5 business days for your return to be processed once it arrives back to our warehouse.

Faulty Items

Our quality control is very strict, but sometimes things can slip past, so, if in the unlikely event that your item is faulty, we will email you a return post label at no cost to you.

Please contact us as soon as you inspect the items after delivery and let us know the details — order number, description of issue and a few pics if possible. Email us at hello@beddie.com.au.
