Our website is hosted on the Shopify platform, which provides us with the e-commerce tools to sell our products to you.

We reserve the right to amend, modify or discontinue any products or services offered on this website at any time without prior notice. Certain products may be available in limited quantities, and we reserve the right to limit the sale of products to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction.

We have made every effort to display the colours and images of our products as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device display will accurately reflect the actual colour of the products.

We reserve the right to limit or discontinue quantities of any product at our sole discretion. We do not warrant that the quality of any products purchased will meet your expectations beyond the guarantees provided under Australian Consumer Law.

We reserve the right to refuse any order placed through the website. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all orders placed.

5. Payment Terms

All prices displayed on the website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time the order is placed.

We accept payment via Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, AfterPay, ZipPay and Beddie gift cards. Full payment must be received before any order is dispatched.

Payments are processed through a secure third-party payment gateway. We do not store your full credit card details on our servers. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate billing information and to promptly update your account and payment information as needed.

6. Promotions and Discounts

From time to time, we may offer promotional codes, discounts or special offers at our sole discretion. Promotional codes are non-transferable and may only be used by the intended recipient.

Promotional codes cannot be applied retrospectively to orders that have already been placed and processed. We reserve the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.

8. Returns

We offer a 14-day change-of-mind return policy from the date of delivery. Items must remain inside the sealed drawstring bag to be eligible for a return. You can check the colour and print through the bag without opening it. If the drawstring bag has been opened or items removed, we cannot accept a return for hygiene reasons.

Faulty items are always accepted for a free return regardless of whether the bag has been opened.

To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@beddie.com.au with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide you with return instructions.

Nothing in these terms is intended to limit or exclude any consumer guarantees provided under the Australian Consumer Law. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected by these terms.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Beddie. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, privacy policies or practices of any third-party websites.

We are not liable for any harm, loss or damage arising from your transactions or interactions with any third-party websites or services. We encourage you to review the terms and policies of any third-party website you visit.

We may provide you with access to third-party tools, integrations or services over which we have no control or input. You acknowledge that such tools are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties, representations or conditions of any kind.

We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions at any time without prior notice, including after an order has been submitted. We reserve the right to cancel any orders placed based on incorrect information.

To the extent that our liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, our total liability to you is limited to the lesser of the cost of the product in question or the cost of resupplying the product.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Beddie Pty Ltd, its directors, officers, employees, agents and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to your breach of these Terms & Conditions, your unauthorised use of the website, or any false or misleading data or information you have provided to us.

18. Delivery Providers

We use third-party delivery providers, including Australia Post, to deliver orders to you. Once your order has been dispatched and is in the care of the delivery provider, we are not responsible for the conduct, timeliness or handling of the delivery.

Any disputes, claims or issues relating to the delivery of your order should be resolved directly with the relevant delivery provider. We will, where possible, assist you in resolving any delivery-related issues.

Both parties agree to preserve the confidentiality of any confidential information exchanged during the course of their relationship under these terms.

The obligations of confidentiality set out in this section survive the termination or expiry of these Terms & Conditions.

20. Termination
